Репетитор по математике — психолог для ученика

Вопрос психологической поддержки при обращении к репетитору по математике периодически поднимается родителями. В том или ином виде. Проблема существенная, порой мешающая репетиторам нормально работать. Во-первых, ребенок неожиданно может встать в позу и сказать «Мама я не хочу, мне не комфортно, я стесняюсь заниматься в одиночку». Еще чаще возникает несовместимость со школой, конфликт с учителем, плохой контакт в коллективе. Причем для исправления школьной неприязни к предмету, страха перед ответом у доски, перед математикой в целом, как раз и нанимается репетитор. А это значит, что с репетитором ребенок должен почувствовать себя более уверенно не только в знаниях, но еще и психологически.

Что же лучше: репетитор с «опцией» психолога или преподаватель — предметник? Ответ неоднозначен. Конечно, хотелось бы найти специалиста широкого профиля, особенно для маленького ученика. Даже если нет явной психологической проблемы, а просто «на всякий случай». В таких обстоятельствах надо понимать, что перспектив значительного роста по предмету, скорее всего, будет немного. Чистый предметник, как правило, куда более компетентен в математике, чем аналогичный репетитор по совместительству. Почему? Хотя бы потому, что в процессе своего обучения первый из них потратил на предмет если не все время, то уж по крайней мере большую его часть. Однако основные законы психологии все же необходимо учитывать в работе. В связи с этим рассмотрим основные проблемы психологического плана, наиболее часто всплывающие в процессе работы с учеником, а также действия репетитора, направленные на их решение и предотвращение. Поделюсь своим психологическим опытом специалиста – предметника.

Репетитор по математике cначала должен раскрепостить ученика

Для начала необходимо установить нормальный контакт со своим подопечным. Не близкий, как с другом или родственником (иначе ученик расслабиться и сядет на репетитору на шею), но и не официально-дистанционный, как в школе. Невозможно объяснить в нескольких словах, как этого добиться и какое расстояние стараться держать. Одно скажу, что контакт можно считать установленным, если ученик не стесняется задать репетитору вопрос по любой проблеме , причем регулярно это делает в рамках изучаемого предмета. Этому способствует открытая свободная манера репетитора вести урок в сочетании определенными особенностями психологического портрета ребенка.

Первые впечатления о репетиторе по математике

Ученик всегда составляет начальное мнение о преподавателе и с ним приходит на первые уроки. Поэтому многое зависит от того, как вы себя подаете при знакомстве. С удовольствием ли Вы сами занимаетесь? Строгий ли у Вас взгляд и насколько легко Вы сами идете на контакт? Поэтому в первую очередь репетитор по математике должен раскрепостить себя. Также не стоит строить тестирующее занятие в форме широкомасштабного опороса, но в то же время нельзя «отпускать» ученика, чтобы он молча зависал над тетрадью. Умение держать этот баланс приходит с опытом. Старайтесь спокойно говорить, задавайте вопросы как бы невзначай, по случаю, аккуратно переключаясь на возможные для первого урока объяснения. Задайте тон занятиям с первого же раза, ибо «…как вы яхту назовете, так она и поплывет»:)

Хорошие знания по математике – ключ к раскрепощению

Обратите внимание в первую очередь на состояние знаний вашего слушателя. Если человек чувствует себя в математике как рыба в воде — его психологическая устойчивость значительно более устойчивая. Поэтому важно найти разделы математики, в которых ребенок нормально ориентируется и какое-то время «повисеть» над ними. Конечно репетитор создаст некую иллюзию результативности первых уроков, но она придаст уверенности ученику и создаст правильные рабочие условия для взаимного раскрепощения.

О манера репетитора вести урок

Никогда нельзя кричать на ученика, отчитывать его и даже высказывать свое возмущение его действиями или учебными результатами. Ищите иные методы повлиять на результат, делайте уроки более интересными, дабы ребенок не занимался пустыми отписками в домашней работе и не шел на урок как на каторгу. Старайтесь как можно быстрее начать решать его насущные проблемы с математикой, несмотря на то, что в большинстве случаев репетитору мешает сильная запущенность всей ситуации. Дети не станут ждать долгие месяцы, пока вы поравняетесь с программой и не начнете отвечать на злободневные школьные вопросы. Терпение грамотных родителей более устойчиво, но и оно не беспредельно. Потребности ученика должны читаться репетитором по математике сразу. Порой приходится помогать с текучкой (оставляя многие факты без объяснений) и одновременно восстанавливать /формировать базу. Удовлетворение от занятий – благоприятный психологический фон, необходимый в работе.

Цените юмор, особенно математический

Улыбка до ушей – сильный фактор эмоциональной энергетики, ведущей за собой. Хотя бы изредка показывайте курьезы, ляпы и приколы, замеченные вокруг математики. Дети всей душой отдыхают от рутины и психологически тянутся к «прикольному» преподавателю, с которым интересно. Постепенно этот интерес можно перенаправить в сторону большего и даже абсолютного погружения в предмет.

Похвала – отличное средство для дополнительной мотивации и психологической уверенности

Ловите моменты, в которых будет уместно похвалить ученика. Похвала – прекрасный мотивирующим фактор, создающий правильный настрой и позитивный фон для перспектив дальнейшей работы. Я часто использую следующую фразу: «Если решишь это задание – значит нет тебе равных». Важно не перестараться, хвалить только по делу и не разбрасываться лестными эпитетами налево и направо.
